Hello, it’s Kathrin

I’m here to help you feel stronger, more confident, and connected to your body.

Movement has been a part of my life since my days as a rhythmic gymnast, and it’s taught me discipline, grace, and joy.

I bring that same energy to every Barre, Pilates, and Reformer class, so you leave feeling uplifted and inspired.

DYNAMIC Barre

Move with the music.

Barre is a full-body workout that mixes ballet, Pilates, and strength training. It helps build lean muscles, improve posture, and increase flexibility.

MAT PIlates

Connect to your breath.

Pilates strengthens your core, improves flexibility, and enhances posture through precise, controlled movements.

Reformer Pilates

Work the Reformer’s resistance.

Pilates builds strength, flexibility, and good posture. The Reformer focuses on deep muscles and lets you adjust resistance for all skill levels.
